A string winding gadget? Meh - who cares? But - ! I recently put a long overdue set of new strings on my upright bass and broke out my usual peg winder to help with that chore. Long story short, the darned thing fell apart. I saw this on Sweetwater a while ago and ordered it. Quick shipping (WTG Sweetwater!) got it here in time to change the strings on a FSO Telecaster. The really… read more cool thing about the EB winder is that it stays attached to the tuning peg (friction/high density foam) so if you have to adjust the winds on the tuning peg, you can let the winder go, do your thing and get back to cranking!
