Great EQ
I use it in front of my tube amps as a sculpted boost or in the loop to surgically add/cut frequencies with great success. If you need an EQ pedal on your pedal board for any reason you honestly can't go wrong with this one.
Something else!
It's fantastic quality with incredible low noise. Very new to using graphic equalizers. Switching between many different styles of guitars and basses, there is more than enough bands to create a balanced signal. Would highly recommend.
Awesome equalizer
Awesome equalizer pedal
Perfect
Player for 30+ years. Owns lots and lots and lots of guitar related gear... It"s quiet, and it sounds very smooth and natural. I just love how you can craft your tone prior to recording- you can get any tone... it"s a beautiful thing.
Don't Know How I lived Without It
There simply are no negatives to this pedal. The precision of each band is as advertised and the build is solid. I've tried it in the effects loop and a few other positions. Right now it's at the beginning of the signal chain coming from the guitar, right after my tuner. It seems like it may stay there. I've got a Mesa TC-50 and didn't think I needed any more than the amp's bass,… read more middle and treble controls. I was wrong. This box gives me more tone-shaping capability than I though imaginable. Very highly recommend it.
