Best capo I've owned !
My new G7th Performance 3 capo is by far and away the best and easiest I've ever used. It seems to work equally well on all of my guitars, including my 12 string. I highly recommend.
Worth the investment
Easily the finest capo I've ever owned. Easy on/off, good grip, small size. It stays out of my way when I play and doesn't go out of tune.
Second one's a charm
I bought a G7 after trying out many different capos and being less than satisfied with them. They either got in my way or were awkward to put on and take off. While hesitant to pay this much for a capo, feeling desperate, I bought it. The first one I got was frustrating. I had to play around with it and could only get rid of the string buzz by getting it places exactly right, a… read more real pain. I tried this capo on many different guitars and had the same result. I noticed that there was some slop in the capo's joint, but without another G7 to compare it too I didn't now if that was a defect. I contacted Sweetwater and explained the issue and they sent me another. Problem solved! The string buzz was gone. Easy and quick placement, no more fiddling around with location and tension. Works on all my guitars and all my wife's guitars. This will easily be the last capo I'll need to buy. It's a bit expensive, but to me, well worth it.
Never an issue
This is a great capo. Hands down the best I've ever used. I see some complaints about buzz, and even one about how it was damaged because it was dropped. I've never had either experience. The only suggestion I have, is as with any capo, place as close to the fret as possible. Not between frets. Think Muddy Waters.
This is Best Capo Available that I've found
The notes are now closer to in tune with a G7th Capo on than with any Capo ever - if not completely in tune. I'm of the opinion this is the best capo that money can buy at this time.
