Great capo and well worth the money.
I wanted a capo that was more gentle on the guitar finish than most. I love that this capo has a very gentle adjustment mechanism, and that the rubber seems to cushion very well. Let's be honest, it's very expensive on the surface for a capo, especially when you can buy one for a third of the price. But for me, this was definitely worth the price. I feel like it is constructed very… read more well, has a lifetime warranty, and it seems to be very gentle on the guitar neck. What more could you ask for?
G7th Performance 3 Capo
Excellent product. Well made. Easy on & off. Most importantly, accurate intonation. Too many other capos I own require retuning and adjustments once placed on the guitar neck.
The Holy Grail of Capos
This is definitely the Holy Grail of Capos! With many years behind me both playing and being a full time performing acoustic musician I've been through every kind of capo you can imagine. It's another piece of gear that while yes it's pricey, it's also essential and forever. G7th covered all the bases of everything you need a capo to be and do. The adaptive pad really works… read more and works well with perfect tension on each individual string so no buzzing from not enough tension and no strings going sharp from too much tension. That alone is worth the price. Very quick and easy on and off which is essential for my performances. The silicon pads and guards means my guitar's finish is also always protected. I've used every spring loaded, twist tightening, pretty finish, type capo there is. This is the best and last one I'll ever need. So good that I bought a second one to have in the studio at all times. It has a price that makes you cringe to think of spending on a capo.....until you use it. Once you do you know immediately it is worth the investment. Another case of "buy nice or buy twice." And with a lifetime warranty you can't lose. If you are on the fence about purchasing.....just do it. You'll love and appreciate what it is and does immediately.
Blew My Mind
I did a ton of research in capos because I wanted something versatile without sacrificing quality and durability. After looking at review after review and reviewing so many demos, I decided on this guy it does exactly as promised! No buzzing, strings stay in tune all over the fret board, and changing positions is so fast! Perfect for live playing and use in general. Thanks, Candace… read more Irizarry, for helping me with this purchase!
Great Capo
I have been using cheaper capos for the past two decades and decided to try out something new after my latest guitar purchase. This capo works flawlessly on my instruments while maintaining a low profile. I was concerned that it wouldn't sit nicely on my headstock when not in use, but it's snug and secure wherever I put it. It has a heft to it that gives me some confidence that… read more it will last a while, and I hope that it does. I don't think I'll be returning to the simple spring-style capos again any time soon.
