I chose this capo because it's lightweight aluminum. Doesn't deform over time or flex like plastic but still as light weight. Can't find a negative thing to say about it.

This is an amazingly versatile capo. I have eight of them for various instruments. The easy to grip handle makes it quick to transfer from storage on your headstock to placing on the desired fret in an instant. The jaw of the capo is fairly flat so it works on Gibson Les Paul Electric Guitars as well as the Martin Retro accoustic 00-15R. The flat jaw also allows me to use this… read more same capo on my Tenor ukuleles as well as my Concert banjoleles. You just need to align the neck toward the outside portion of the jaw and not all the way deep in the bite of the capo. The already fairly flat profile of the capo's jaw is even more flat in this reduced portion of the arc. As always, customer support is second to none!
