I Can't say how much money I have spent on different strings trying to find the right combination. In short, the DR 10-52 are the best combination I have found in my search. The first three strings are the same as a 10-46 set easy bending. the 4th, 5th, and 6th are heavy with a great deep-tone bass. Can't say enough about how well I like these strings. I'm already a DR guy, I've been using the same gauge of tite-fit's for a while and heard from a few folks that these were even better. While your results may vary, I love these things. They stretch faster than the tite-fits and sound sweeter overall. I also experienced noticeably more string definition. In short, these strings play much nicer with my guitar/pickup/amp.
