Incredible Guitar, Incredible Value

I bought my T60E a couple of years ago and it is an unbelievable guitar. It looks stunning, it plays like a dream, and most importantly it sounds absolutely beautiful. I constantly marvel at how great it sounds. I don't recall ever playing a more expensive Martin or Taylor that sounded any better than this guitar. I had initially assumed that I would continue to play my old dreadnought read more Crafter guitar that I'd played for years alongside this new one. But since receiving this thing, I've lost basically all interest in my old guitar. It just doesn't hold a candle to what I've got now. I don't recall ever being so satisfied with a purchase.

Wow

I spent half a dozen Saturday afternoons playing high end Taylor's,the store stock over fifty and I played em ALL , Martin's,seven or so and Gibson's about the same at my local music store. Every one more and many WAY more money than this guitar. I've read reviews saying action was too high or fingerboard too dry, frets could do with more buffing . Minor issues really. Mine is perfect! read more The action is super low and the fingerboard smooth under the fingertips and the projection the bracing creates is excellent. I cannot fault the guitar at all and I've played thirty years on and off. The aesthetic is stunning and the balance and tone is great when I finger pick and the sheer volume from a medium to heavy pick when strumming is unreal. It sits lightly on the shoulder when strapped to you and no matter how long I play upright I never tire as the whole experience just takes me to places I once thought only one of the aforementioned high end and priced guitars from the major three could take me. To say I love this guitar is truly an understatement because although I could afford to of spent upwards of 5k I opted to buy this PRS and walked away grinning like a cheshire cat.

Incredibly well done

This guitar is in a word 'stunning'. As with PRS guitars, when you open the case, you just have to say Wow! The first visual impression does not disappoint. Examining the guitar, it appears to have undergone superior quality control in it's construction and inspection. The playability is effortless, and it sustains forever. I have been playing for almost 50 years so I have read more seen and played many guitars. If you want a sharp looking acoustic guitar that sounds warm and plays easily without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this PRS Tonare SE. My thanks to everyone at Sweetwater and Fedex who made a success of this delivery during a difficult time. This will go to good use as I entertain many people at an assisted living facility who are isolated and could use the music therapy. You all knocked it out of the park on this one. Thanks again!

MY NEW PRS T60

Hi Gang, This is a 'sweet' guitar. It's beautiful inside & out. The higher timbre & great sustain are awesome. I have a couple Martins. (D-18 & a 00-D16E) & this little T60 stands her ground with both of them. I can feel a few songs ready to take flight from her. I'm anxiously waiting for the PRS Hollow Body Electric that I ordered to show up. I think the two will make a read more great duet. Thanks!!!!

Great acoustic that holds it’s own against solid wood high end guitar s

This PRS Tonare holds its own against my other high-end guitars that are made of solid wood. I have giged with it several times. If I were to knock a half a star off of this review it would be because the pick up system isn"t necessarily the best one out there, but it"s not bad either. The tone of this guitar and the playability are second to none. The set up was spot on when it read more arrived. The fit and finish are worthy of the PRS name.
