I am a self-diagnosed Les Paul addict. I've had a few fenders, and sold a few. My favorite guitar right now is a Fender Squier with these pickups! They blew me away immediately. This is how a fender should sound! I haven't picked up my Les Paul since I got them. Man, these things are serious. They are very good, nothing to envy to other pickups. They have the cleanliness necessary for a good strat tone. I'm not saying they're the best, because I haven't tried all the pickups out there, (that's why I gave it 4.5 stars). But I understand that it is worth the price they have, when installing them you will realize that you will never have to invest in another set of pickups… read more again. Put these into an ash bodied maple/rosewood 2000 strat and comparing with Fat 50's, Hot 50's, and several sets of late 90's and early 2000's US standard stat sets...these things truly are a breath of fresh air.Clarity and articulation is beautiful across the gain range and all the required frequencies are well represented. I put these into my MIM Fender Strat and OMG these pickups bring the guitar to life. They are a bit pricy but you will definitely know the difference

Took a shot on these as there is little to no information on these babies. Well except one you tube video of some ridiculous player using a 20k rig. So I won't lie I bought these based on SMD rep and fond memories of some antiquitiy strat picks ups I used years back. I replaced my N4's on my elite(by the way they are not as bad as people say). But these pickups have brought my strat… read more to life. There lively, punchy, clear with great high end and powerful lows. I honestly think it's the best combination out there. The Elite is so so good everywhere but the noiseless just don't inspire. These are way better than CS 69's. I really feel 300 is a lot for pickups but I gurantee once you play them you will see why they cost so much.
