The sound from plastic to Tusk was Timberific. Some sanding is required to get this to work on a 9.5 radius neck. The old nut is tapered and should be pushed up towards the tuners. Approximate installation time 1 hour.

I own a mim Fender Stratocaster and this nut will not fit on my guitar. I tossed it in the trash. It wasn't worth the effort sending it back. I did order another graph tech nut that has a radius and it fit.
