Works as expected. Very tight on the neck. I use this 3/4 of the way back from the freet. Giving me plenty of hand from for that Dm shape.

I've tried several capos on my ESP 12 string electric. Always the 8-10-&12 strings would mute but with the Kyser they all sing out clearly with the same sustain as if open. Why buy any other than the one that actually works. Thank you Kyser, the struggle's over.

This is the best capo for a 12 string guitar. It is easy to use, and it holds the strings down tight preventing any buzzing, or deadening of the strings.

I have several Kyser capo's that I use on my 6 string guitars and this one I use for my Burns Double Six 12 String. Even with the 50mm nut width, With it's heavier spring, the KG12B holds the strings down with no muting or fret buzz of the strings.
