Tone is so subjective that writing a review seems silly. However, I will say that these pickups were installed in a Nash HSS, Strat style guitar. This Nash is one of a fairly large sized collection of custom shop and boutique guitars and it was almost never played. We actually listed the guitar for sale but changed our minds and decided to swap out the pickups instead... Raw… read more Vintage has turned a relatively unplayed guitar into my son's go to axe. Also, I highly recommend that you seek out Tomir Denton as your Sweetwater sales dude. I've been a fairly high maintenance/demanding customer for about two or three years now and Tomir has always come through for me.
