My Strat is my #1 now

This Rene Martinez Loaded Pickguard was so easy to install and one can't tell the beast that is on the inside. This move has made my Stratocaster my number 1 guitar again. I waited 2 months for the Pickguard to be in stock and it was worth it.

Great Strat Tone

I'll start off by saying that I am not a typical Strat player, I've always been a Tele/Les Paul guy. I did want a Strat in my collection when feeling the need for some Strat tones. I initially had my guitar set up with Fender 57/62's for a traditional 50's-ish tone. I really like the tone from them but always wanted a little bit more warmth and output. These Mojo Tones did just… read more that! I'm not about the whole SRV hype, I don't play like him and truthfully I couldn't tell the difference if these are "Texas" inspired or not. I would imagine if you had a player that plays that good and playing Texas based blues, pretty much any decent pickup would work. I will say that I am really happy with these pickups, they give me the sounds I wanna hear from my Strat and inspire me to pick up my that guitar more and more over my beloved Tele or the Paul's. The detail in this drop in pickguard assembly is beautiful. Great job Mojo Tone!

Best pickups I ever bought

I love these pickups! I was looking for a set of high end pickups for a Strat style guitar I was building. After much research and being a big fan of Rene Martinez's work with Stevie Ray Vaughan. I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. These pickups are awesome. Texas prewired pickguard

Put this Mojotone Rene Martinez Texas pre-wired pickguard in an American Standard Stratocaster. Installation was straight forward, although it took quite a bit of tweaking to get pick-up height adjusted just right. All in all it was a simple way to upgrade, and sounds great. Best I’ve tried.

I have two silver sky's and wanted to try something a little different on one of them so I put this set in. I must say, they are really really good pickups. The craftsmanship alone is sweet but tone is outstanding. So much so that I'm contemplating replacing my other SS with the same ones.
