These strains are horrible on a les paul studio They buzz terrible will drive you crazy I'm gonna have to change them
Gibson Brite-Wire 10's
these strings are really nice....i get a full, bright & rich sound on both my LP 50's guitar... on my LP 60 i use ernie ball super slinky 9's, which are very easy to fret and play, and also have a great sound with plenty of highs....am currently experimenting with elixir nanoweb and optiweb...
Great strings
These strings are bright, feel good, stay in tune, and last long.
Nice but poor packaging and labeling
The strings sound balanced and warm. They come coiled up in a tangled bunch in a thin heat sealed bag that labels string ends either "brass end" or "nickel" end. There are no separate string bags or colored ball ends. The brass and nickel are difficult to see. In stage or studio light, good luck grabbing a quick replacement. The plastic bag looks like a quick "heat wire" melted… read more seam. NOT AIRTIGHT either! I pressed on the bag and all the air was out of it and that can allow humidity inside after storing for a while. They raised the prices and spent time to refine their product...and then don't protect it properly? I am disappointed.
