This is the pick up for classic metal (early Metallica/ Megadeth). If you like you pickup to have thick full sound without the harsh highs this is it.

Added this as an upgrade to my epiphone LP 100 and was very pleased. My stock pickups were already fairly high gain, but the articulation and low midrange detail on the invader made a drastic improvement to an otherwise average guitar. Installation was easy, and there are plenty of resources available from Seymour Duncan's website to help with any wiring questions. 10/10 would recommend.
