I have a Squire Bullet that is being upgraded to a Strat. I've replaced the tuners, pickups, pick guard and knobs with cream colored, painted it Banner red and it looks great. The pickups I installed are Fenders 57/62. They have a very strat sound that I kinda began to tire of hearing. After much study on humbucker pickups, this one was selected to replace the neck pickup. Installation… read more was easy and the sound is great! No hum, dead quiet. But the sound is super! Yeah, if you want a great sounding humbucker I don't think you will be disappointed in this one.
