Sweet
i bought the axe set individually (i was experimenting) i wear hearing aids and single coils mess up the sound. these beauties are outstanding and if wired by the axe specs give you single coil sound but as hums. make sure to use the patch to get the bridge tone working. i added the "gilmour mod" toggle switch for the tele setting and it is EXCELLENT.
Seymour Duncan JB Jr in the bridge position on my Sweetwater Strats
Personal preference dominates pickup selection. The music I play rarely calls for my Strats' bridge pickup, but does call for a Humbucker bridge pickup sound. I bought two JB Jrs and they give me the much "fatter, Humbucker" sound, particularly with the tone rolled off. LP sound?...no...but much better for the sound I'm going for. I'd buy them again. Great replacement pick up
The Seymour Duncan JB Jr is a great replacement pick up for a strat when you need that beefy humbucker tone. It's essentially installed with out routing or replacing your pick guard. Fits a SSS configuration perfectly.
New Guitar Sound

The amount of "bite" the little bucker has is something else, in my rig it sounds like a full-sized humbucker that really brings new life into my peavey. I played for hours while falling in love with that knock-off strat all over again thanks to… read more this pickup. Definitely worth my $
Tone from the heavens
I recently bought a Squire Standard Stratocaster and had the factory bridge pickup replaced with a Jb Jr. This pickup delivers and delivers big. You can go all the way from blues to full shred metal. This pickup is definitely not a one trick pony. I mess around with all kind of music like 80s hair metal, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Funk music, classic rock and blues and this pickup… read more does everyone at top level. If you're looking to get a little more bark out of the single coil bridge position of your strat guitar, I highly recommend this pickup.
