Great sounding humbucker! I installed this in my EJ Strat because I just don't use the bridge in it as is. Now my strat is more versatile and I never need to grab my les paul. I mean, it doesn't make a strat sound like a les paul, but it sounds GREAT. Which is what really matters. Installing was easy. I went to their website for wiring diagrams and the only issue I had was fitting… read more it under the pickguard. The wires were kind of in the way when closing my pickguard. I'm very happy with it and when I'm happy with a product, or upset, I make a review. Id recommend this humbucker for anyone who doesn't like the single coil bridge sound.

The Seymour Duncan JB Jr. is one hell of a fine pickup in a single coil-sized package. I installed the JB Jr. in the bridge, a Duckbucker in the middle position and the Duncan Little '59er in the bridge. It's a great combination made more versatile with a custom wiring setup.I decided to build a custom Strat from aftermarket parts and wanted it to be a serious rock and blues guitar… read more and with this pickup in the bridge, I can really make a statement in my solos. It has great harmonics, sounds really good with overdrive and other pedals and with the volume rolled off, I get a still powerful, but cleaner tone. What can I say, it works well for me. If you have a Strat and are looking for more power in the bridge, this pickup is an excellent choice.
