I called Sweetwater and talked to my sales associate, Mike Godlove, and asked for a recommendation for a bridge pickup for my American Special Strat. to make my tone more vintage rock. I also wanted to get some Rockabilly twang. Mike said this S/D SVR-1b would probably be the ticket and he was right. It does everything I want in spades, Amazing vintage rock and Tele Twang. Works… read more great in combo with the TX. Specials and I installed it myself in 20 minutes. Loud and crystal clear and also dead quiet through my Blues Deluxe.
