I loved my custom shop Telecaster from the beginning but always felt the tone was a little thin even with my Fulltone analog pedals. Best Tele pickups ever
These are the best Tele pickups I have ever played. The bridge pickup is twangy but not ice-pick-ish, but when pushed it growls. The neck pickup is just absolutely sweet sounding. EMG has a reputation for sterile sounding pickups but these break the stereotype.
