This is a big guitar. The body is a Jumbo, and it is big. The extra thickness, bout size and neck width are all large. It is a big person's guitar. But the sound is worth it. Balanced, full, and plugged in it is enormous. Even with 12 strings and the wider neck, the action from the factory is very fast to the highest frets. Size is the factor that makes this guitar a little more… read more difficult to play. I found that the neck is heavy, causing the guitar to need support from the left hand when standing and using a strap. Sitting while playing is more comfortable. A night of bar chords would be a workout. The workmanship is excellent. It is a very good looking instrument. It feels good to play, the finish and edge binding add to the playability. The sound is the strong point of this guitar. It sounds amazing. The CTP3 electronics are key. More expensive, and significantly worth it. If you want a high end 12 string, you need to try this one. The only retailer I found to offer this model is Sweetwater. Their sales engineers are solid resources and work to get you the right instrument.
