I needed a compressor for use in church I have used the TLC compressor for several years now, it was a logical choice. At church I use the TLC Compressor with a Mesa Boogie Bass preamp/di. On live gigs going direct to the board I use the Aguilar Tone Hammer along with the TLC compressor both yield awesome results.

Perfect

Nice and subtle, just the way a bass compressor should be. Nice little volume pop and a tasteful amount of compression will help the sound tech blend your bass with the band with little to no effort. Like any good compressor, you can make this sound good and trashy if you know how to, but who really wants that?

My Hartke LH1000 (great amp) was breaking up after half volume. Fellow bass player Michael Morgan to the rescue. Aguilar TLC Bass Compressor Pedal

Much improvement on my bass sound, sounds much tighter and that was what I was looking for. I would recommend this Pedal to anyone looking to improve their bass sound.
