Great Travel Guitar at the Price

This is a great little guitar at the price. The volume is surprisingly good for the small body. The tone is perfectly adequate for practicing or playing around the campfire. The short scale length makes the strings prone to buzzing, but this went away with more accurate technique, which is probably good for me anyway. I moved to heavier strings (13s) which also helped with this,… read more and the trus rod adjustment was quick and easy. I tend to like heavier string anyway, and if you play carefully this isn't necessary. The tone is a little thin, but much better than I'd expect from the small body, and it projects quite well. I wanted a cheap travel guitar to bring with on camping trips, and didn't want to spend too much in case my five year old chucked in a lake or something. This fits the bill nicely and I would definitely recommend.

Awesome Travel Guitar!

Just received my Traveler Guitar Redlands Mini Mahogany. Right out of the cool gig bag with the Traveler logo, the first thing I noticed is that the pictures don't do it justice. The awesome gloss mahogany top with the abalone sound hole trim is beautiful. And the playability and sound for such a small guitar is amazing! Compared to higher end travel guitars, this one is more than worth the price. And for the record, I've been playing guitar for 60 years. Trust me. This little Traveler Mini Mahogany is way too fun!
