Great button!
I seem to just keep buying more of these, and have them on most of my pedals that are switched on and off frequently. I play in socks a lot so it saves some annoying foot pain, and it makes it easier to hit a button on the second row back of the board. They are also perfect for a few dual drive OD/distortion pedals where I need to turn my foot sideways and hit both switches at… read more the same time! I didn't want any cheap plastic buttons, and I like the additional weight of the brass one, very nice looking too. It seems to make switching easier and more pleasant in general. Nice for pedals where you hold the switch down for extended effects as well. The only very minor con is that they will make some very small marks on the switch, from the allen bolts holding it in place, so I wouldn't use it on a pedal that I might hope to resell in mint condition - not very noticeable though.
Nice and Comfy
I love these things. The fact that they come in tons of colors let's color code them to your pedals, as the guitar player in my band does. I stick to the brass since it pops so well in a dark room. The three screws really do a great job at holding the button on with minimal pressure and they've been solid for the last 4 months without any need to re-tighten them. The only thing… read more that you might want to consider if you're buying these, is that they change the way the switch FEELS to press. It will still function, but the "Chu-Chk" (bad onomatopoeia) will be slightly dampened. It doesn't affect the quality of the product, but just be wary. It took a bit to get used to. Highly recommend them!
