These are good buttons. If you are careful.
1) work with good light and put down cloth as these parts are small and there are no spares. 2) insert the set screws and screw in until they are flush with the inside hole 3) place the button on the switch head and press the button down 4) while holding the button down lightly tighten all three screws equally until snug. your goal is to have all three screws equal so the button… read more will center on the switch. 5) then tighten firmly but RESIST THE URGE to overtighten The screw is steel and the button is aluminum. Dissimilar metals! Use a tiny (tiny) amount of lube (Parktools ACS-1 is the best) anytime you put a steel screw in aluminum or vice versa. Some of the set screws get cranky as the threads are not machine shop tolerance. Take your time and if the screw stops back it out and try again with the lube. My usage was on some pedals that I keep on the tabletop and switch with my hands. Overall good product but pricey.
Pretty rad little bit of gear
This thing really does make it much more comfortable to hit the foot switch on my Big Muff when I'm jamming barefoot. Just make sure you get the right size and that you keep it tight as it does tend to loosen up after a while, depending on how much vibration it's subjected to.
Great stuff
You have to make sure you get the right fit though
