Seriously
Not even exagerrating about how good these amp/headphones sound and their wide range of adjustment, I'd recommend this for beginners and pros alike, 10/10 if you ask me
ROCK THE HEAD WITH PHONES.
Great set of head phones that you can easily plug into any guitar. Solidly made yet but light weight. The cord is the perfect length and made of a soft but durable material. Lot's of power and nice effects. A great accessory when you want to practice by your self or jam along with your favorite mp3's in the middle of the night and don't want to disturb anyone else. Go for it.
All in one package
These headphones are just a different take on the amplugs that VOX makes (I own the metal amplug). All the features you need at your fingertips. The volume is amazing. I recommend keeping it between 2-3. YES, I mean it on this! The volume is powerful and will probably blow out your hearing if you go higher. The effects are good (reverb, chorus, delay). The gain (distortion) is… read more also good. I keep it around 5 and it gives a good solid distortion, but go higher and it becomes really muddy like a muff fuzz. I wish the control dials on the head phones were more pronounced and stuck out further than they do. I have to take off the headphones to do a dial adjustment. If you have long fingernails then it won't be a problem. Runs off 2 AAA batteries. It's a toss up on which I prefer (these headphones or the amplug). Both do the same thing. It just depends on which one you prefer to use.
