Affordable, Simple, Effective
In addition to the R1 (Vocal Tuned Reverb) I have the D1 (Doubling & Detune) and the E1 (Echo & Tap Delay) all on my little vocal pedal board. Each is a good sounding, affordable, very simple pedal with a handful of usable presets that greatly enhance my vocals and flute onstage. These are not what you'd use in the studio but live they're perfect and it's nice to have so much control… read more over my own effects, both in terms of the settings and in terms of punching them in/out as needed during the song. The mic gain dial on the side of the box is very handy for controlling the amount of signal you're sending to your amp/PA or to the sound board. A great value.
Great reverb unit
The TC-Helicon VoiceTone R1 vocal reverb pedal is simple and straightforward to use and produces a collection of very nice reverb effects. It works exactly as advertised, and the price is right. A very fine product indeed.
Fit my needs perfectly
I use this pedal to make videos for my students and it does the job nicely. Just wanted a little effect to help vocals. Easy to use and works with my Fucusrite Scarlett 2i2.
Excellent pedal !!
A step up from on a typical on board....this pedal has some very pleasant verbs although you will probably settle for your one favorite. I could not find related information in regard, however, this pedal absolutely CAN be used with a phantom powered mic (I'm using a Shure Beta 87a) and even though it comes with a 12 volt power supply it CAN be powered with a 9 volt VOLTO Power… read more supply instead and operates perfectly. I have been using it set up this way for quite a while now with zero issues. Best feature is being able to switch on/off with footswitch when talking/singing.
Perfect for my vocals on my new Bose P.A.
WOW! Pedals for vocals!I LOVE IT!
