Another fantastic Yamaha bass to add to my stable but shame on Yamaha for fitting it with a linear tone pot. Change that to audio taper like I did and your tone will come alive.

My rep, Jason, got me this bass special order. I can get a wide range of tones from it. It catches the eyes and ears of other bassists. I pair of with an Aguilar head and SL cab (from SW) and people praise the sound. It's not my first or last bass, but I'm proud to call this bass my workhorse for both my own project and my band sessions.
