This is the one!
After owning a half dozen or more wah pedals in the past 30 years, the Morley Bad Horsie has been the sound I've been looking for all these years! I've heard of this product for many years, but until I saw Steve Vai was attaching his name to it, I knew it had to be the best made, but I was still reluctant, because I've been disappointed many times with wah effect pedals and I really… read more didn't know what to expect until I started watching demo videos, and I threw caution to the wind and I got mine Monday....unfortunately I was getting ready for work when mine was delivered, so I didn't get a chance to really mess with it until last night, and it did not disappoint! I've got some tweaking to do until I find my "sweet spot", but it's so easy to use, that I think I'll find that in no time!!! I'm glad I found this!
Great horsie!
This is so much better than previous wahs I've had- no button to step on and wear out- the two modes are very different making it very versatile- love it!
Great features and performance
I had considered some of the other brands of 'wah', but am glad I got the Morley. The on-off switching is a very hot feature. I got the pedal on Wed and used it at a gig on Sunday with neat tricks I was able to pick up quickly. You still have to find that little sweet spot for the Wah" effect, but once you have it you can really go nuts with one of these
This is the Wah to beat
I was watching a YouTube video of this wah and a traditional wah and I had an Ah ha! moment. This wah is spring loaded and ready to go. Without the need to push forward to click the button to activate. Real quick and smooth. The best part, of course is the huge quack this thing produces. I love this thing.
Awesome Vai tone in a more compact pedal
I owned the original bad horsie wah. This 20/20 bad horsie wah is no different in tone. But I love the fact you can use the contour wah for different tones. I love the Morley cause I don't have to stomp. I just put my foot on it a go !! The led is a nice touch too.
