I have purchase 5 slides in as many years. This is my most recent slide purchase. I am very much a beginner with the slide. I try it for a while, put it down, pick it up again after a few months, and repeat --- my guitar playing has improved greatly over the past year or two, plenty of time at home. I picked up this slide again recently and have not put it down for over a week… read more now, it just too much fun. Using it as a pinky slide, still have my other 3 finger to chord and can even fret a few notes with my pinky while the slide is on. Would recommend giving this side a try, especially if you are jamming alone and looking for a little slide embellishment while playing chords.
