My Absolute Favorite Set

These strings have the best natural tone that I've been searching for in a set of strings. The standard classic greens are always good, but these really help make your playing stand out. Naturally their tone is very dark and crispy. The low end is dark with a very sharp sound without sacrificing any treble sound and the high end really pops without any effort. The only thing I don't… read more like is how expensive they are but quality isn't cheap.

I have a Rickenbacker 4003 and was running the Ernie Ball Power slinkys on it. Loved the feel of them, but my tone lacked a really responsive bottom end. Picked up the cobalts as a friend suggested and was blown away. Same crisp mids and highs i was getting, but with stellar low end punch. I will absolutely be picking up another set for my Tobias soon.
