i had never heard of these before (auto locking) so i gave them a try on a gibson explorer that had a G FORCE tuner on it (the G must stand for garbage) and was surprised i like them better than the standard locking tuners,these really crimp the string & hold it very secure !

Original tuners were horrible, wiggly, busted. Finally got around to replacing them after 34 years of service. These tuners fit in as an exact, no-modification replacement into the headstock right down to the screw hole. In about 10 minutes they were on and tuned up with new strings. Could not be easier!! I had to return the tuner cuz I've ordered the wrong one and thank God for Ryan and Adam they told me which ones I need put that on the back burner and just bought a PRS

Drop in replacements for the stock minis and it's literally the easiest mod I've ever done. These work diff than my other locking tuners but still get the job done. These and a new chrome bridge and tailpiece have made my guitar look better and more expensive in my eyes. Definitely would recommend.

I have played a guitar for over 40 years and have been repairing/modifying them for 2 years and have been a fan of Grover for a long time. I've used several brands over the years but always go back to Grover's and usually the Rotomatics always because they are really good tuners at a reasonable price.
