Routing is off on the pickguard....Does not fit... at least for my 1959 '60th anniversary edition. The good news is that my sales engineer, Matt Fuller, took care of a speedy return. Thanks Matt!

This piece is optional with a Gibson Les Paul but I think actually applying this particular piece onto that kind of electric guitar is purely choice rather than debating back and forth.

I bought this to put on a 1974 Les Paul that I recently picked up. Unfortunately the original pickguard was removed and lost years ago. Even though this is a modern pickguard used on modern historic reissues, if fit my 1974 Les Paul perfectly with the vintage pickup spacing. My only complaint is that it looks brand new. It would be nice to have an aged pickguard that matches the… read more aging of the rest of the guitar. But that's not really a huge deal. Overall I give it 4 stars for fit and functionality.
