Great sound and Reasonably easy to install

I put this pickup into my Fender 12 string acoustic guitar and it sounds great. I use this to record my 12 string by combining the undersaddle pickup with a mike input and it really fleshes out the overall sound. I expect that in a live setting, it would be great as well just with the pickup. I have some familiarity with setting up guitars as well as building solid body guitars… read more so I sort of know what I am doing, but putting this pickup into my guitar was fairly easy. If you have never adjusted a bridge or nut before, you might consider getting a professional to do it. You don't want to mess it up, but I had no problems.
