Great strings

I have been using these strings for about three years. They provide a punch without a lot of buzz and i play with a pick. These strings wear good. I will continue to use these strings

Best ever

I was using flat wounds forever on my Fender Precision Bass. Don't like finger noise from wound strings. I tried many brands of strings, many amps, and bought many pedals and EQs trying to find the right sound. This went on for years. My sound was okay, but was never satisfied. I bought a set of Black Beauties because of their appearance. Once I strung them onto my bass and played read more them, I was amazed. I unplugged my pedals and went straight thru the amp and the sound was even better. They feel great and sound awesome. I can switch from the deepest bass to the brightest brights with minimal adjustment of the tone controls on my bass. I've been playing bass for half a century. These strings are the best ever.

LOVE IT!

I use these on all my fretted and fretless basses. They sound great, easy on the fingers and fretboard and they bend and vibrato easy. They also last a long time. My only complaint is they don't make them for upright or in extra long from some of my vintage ones.

Excellent Sound!!!

I got these for cosmetic reasons (matching black hardware) and I am BLOWN AWAY by the sound! Punchy, bright, present - these are amazing! Years ago, I had a set of these but they're different now: they're brighter & crisper, and the coating is not too noticeable. Awesome strings!!
