Not much more to say other than it does what it's advertised to do. Fit my Mitchell t333ce-bst and my Journey Instruments FP412.
Elegant Solution to Annoying Problem
How many of you have mangled expensive guitar straps to fit over strap buttons and endpin jacks? I'm raising both hands. A few years ago, I pulled the electronics out of 2 nylon string guitars and replaced them with LR Baggs Classical Lyric systems. Fabulous sound! (but that is a different topic). Found these acoustic jack lock cinch devices for switchcraft endpin jacks & gave… read more them a try just for fun. Wow, who would think this simple little device could make me so happy, but it did! Now I can use any strap that I want, and easily remove the strap without a struggle. I can even use the same strap on different guitars- very nice when performing live. An added bonus- it even works on my mandolin's endpin jack! Even some of my beautiful guitar straps with now-mangled and enlarged holes are once again useable. I heartily recommend this product. Some reviewers mentioned it doesn't fit Taylor guitars. I see that there is now a Taylor-specific model. I don't know what they use for electronics, but it might be worthwhile to check your endpin jack before purchasing so you get the one that fits your instrument.
Perfect fix for Breedlove LRBaggs
I was looking for an easy non-evasive solution for using my new Breedlove strap on my new Oregon Concert Sika Spruce Myrtlewood guitar. With the assistance of my Sales Engineer, Eric, problem solved! The CinchFit Acoustic Jack Lock fit great and gave me a secure way to use my strap.
The D Addario CinchFit is just what the doctor ordered
I have a Larrivee P09 with an LR Baggs pickup system. I yearned for some kind of strap lock that would hold my acoustic as safely as my electrics. I found a product card for the CinchFit in my last pack of strings. Could it work? I thought it was worth a try even if it wasn't designed for my application. To my utter delight, it's a perfect fit. What a great idea.
Solves the problem
Really tired of having to modify nice straps just to make them fit over the jack on my acoustic electrics. It's never been a good system.....I've almost dropped my $3000 Gibson J-100 on multiple occasions when the strap worked out of place. This do-hickey really works as advertised. It fits securely on my LR Baggs equipped guitars and provides a much safer connection between guitar… read more and strap. Thank you D'Addario!!!! Well done!!!
