Somethings Wrong

I purchased these strings and got them yesterday and put them on my Sire Bass. They are stiff and they have a weird feeling to them like they were worn and old. After a few mins of playing with them, they got really sticky. Maybe it's a bad batch? When I play the bass, I notice that it distorts the sound making a weird funky sound. Great Strings

I purchase these strings often. They are bright, clear, and punchy. Great for slap and all other styles. These strings are stiffer than the stainless steel Labella strings that I get but these are still some of my favorite strings.

GREAT BASS STRINGS

I have to say these are really great strings. I also used DR's and like these Marcus Miller much better. They have much better tone. They are a little stiff but great for slap.

My new favorites

I just bought these to put on my Bassmods 5-string and I could hardly believe how much better they sounded than the DR set that I replaced. They make my bass sound exactly like my Marcus Miller bass! I am eager to put a set of these on my Marcus Miller bass and I might even try them on my Rickenbacker as a comparison to the stock strings. Can't say enough about the sound of these strings!
