I recently ordered the LR bags element pickup for acoustic guitar. And I've been very pleased so far with the sound it's a very warm natural send a pic up. Many thanks to rock for all the information Sweetwater music customer service is second to none.

The pickup system was easy to install on my Martin Shenendoah D28. It already had the necessay holes from a previous pickup with endpin jack, so I didn't need to alter that any. It has a ver nice sound (clear not quacky). It is very nice to have controls in the soundhole. Previously, I needed to go through an external preamp. While the previous pickup was still working, that was… read more ok. Once it started to degrade and picking up a hum, it was impossible to dial the old one in.

very disappointed with the product...chinese junk...very quacky...very unbalanced...volume dial doesnt work well...although installed correctly according to the manufacturer, i had to remove and re-position, re-install the pickup several times without any improvement to the sound...given the cold shoulder air of the order taker at purchase, i assume that the exercise in returning… read more the defective product would be another challenge, i decided not to return it and have to deal with the GRIEF... i will replace it and THROW it away...

The pickup by arrived and after installation I can say nothing negative. I put I my Epiphone masterbilt 45 and it sounds fantastic. Got many compliments on the sound of the guitar thru my fishman artist amp so I am very pleased.

I really appreciate Connor's professional advice in purchasing the LR Baggs acoustic pickup. It makes a big difference in sound comparing the pickup my Guild D140 had.
