These are my favorite strings by a mile..They sound amazing new and the reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I have to change them often..That's a personal reason so it doesn't really count as I do sweat at gigs,I can't handle funky rusty strings...Gimme a pack of these and I'm a happy man...At least for a while..

I've used these on my P/J Squire bass(have gone through 2 sets). They stay in tune very well and sound great. My P/J has Geezer Butler pickups and I'm running through a Fender 200 Rumble with 2-2x12" cabs. The three way combination makes the strings ring at top and thunder at lows. I use Finger Ease spray to lengthen the strings life and lubricate the fret board. Anyhow I'm sold… read more on these strings for their value, long life, and sound. Won't use anything else

Put a set of these on the PBass. WoW. Not quite as bright as Steel, but, they are awesome. Growl is there. Clarity. Punch. Everything I've read and watched about these strings is...True. I love Rotosound, Blue Steels and will continue to use them but these puppies will be in the rotation. Excellent strings.

It's hard to know what strings to buy, so many choices. I bought these for my Precision bass (also from Sweetwater) because Bobby Vega said (in his Bass Player column) this is what he puts on his Precision. There was a huge difference from the Fender strings that came on my new bass. Gone was the unwanted harmonics over-rings up the E string. Every note on the neck is now clear… read more and pure and only that one note. The amplified sound is easy to control from understated thump to POP!. Great strings, and highly recommended for the Precision bass.

Great strings for my music man stingray and music man sterling bass. They have a good balanced feel and tone that will cut. I will definitely get these again. Plus its a twin pack for an amazing price!
