Good practice guitar

Robert Healy

Like the little size, makes a great travel guitar to put in my truck. The smaller size helps. strings are a little closer together than I am used to but I am sure I will eventually get used to it, if not I can always give it to a child with smaller fingers. Like the sound, jas a great upper, lower, and midrange to it. Great Beginner guitar. Going to get a travelers guitar next read more and compare the two.

Well made, good deal.

This guitar makes the perfect companion to take with me on the truck. Small, compact, and has a really pleasing tone. This is my new travel guitar for the road. Great for practice, and not bulky.

Now I want one.

I bought this for my niece yesterday. When I got home I couldn't stop playing it. The sound is seriously impressive. Glad I found found this one for her first guitar. I'll be buying one for myself soon. My other acoustic is a Yamaha A3R.

Fender 3/4-Good!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for an older person that's been playing for about a year or more, and she actually teaches guitar to some young refugee kids, talk about paying it forward! Anyway, she hasn't rcvd it yet, but I think this is a pretty decently made instrument overall, for it's size and materials, doesn't sound bad at all for being a 3/4 size and budget made, and plays read more nice right out of the box, maybe tweak the neck a bit before gifting now that's it's been brought up to pitch for a few weeks. Very nice red color too. Great value for the $. The kids will enjoy their lessons on it I'm sure.

Great!

It is a great size, and easy to slide across. The only downside on it is that it is not easy to hit most frets past the 12th, and you have to really pull your hand around it.

Great value guitar - Good looking and sounds great!

I bought this guitar for my 9-year old, and specifically was looking for 3/4 guitars as she was coming up from a ukulele and I didn't want her overwhelmed by the size increase! This guitar is beautiful to look at and feels very solid and well made. She picked the black and I think it looks amazing. Honestly if you are an adult looking for a beginner guitar, I would even pick read more the 3/4 size as well. I'm 6' 2" and it fits me well and easy to reach the frets. The guitar has a nice, deep sound despite it's size and price point. Delivery was amazingly fast, we were so surprised. The case is just simple of course, and we will either upgrade to a padded soft case as she likes to carry it on her back OR buy foam to build some padding in it. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Not bad at all for the money

Just pulled this out and tuned it up. Sounds good for a cheap kids guitar. Bag is nothing to brag about. My 7 year old daughter wont put it down so it's doing exactly what it is designed to do. Its something a kid can beat around make some noise on and I'm not worried about it. One thing I'll give a 5 star on is its tuners. Also I can't find a single cosmetic flaw. The finish is read more perfect. The neck is straight. The action is low and easy to note cords on. Its just right for a beginner. Thanks Fender!

Adorable little instrument, exactly what I expected.

I ordered this guitar because I wanted something small to travel with that was inexpensive and sounded decent. This guitar definitely fit the bill. It certainly helped that I love this shade of blue, although it is a tad darker in person. This little guitar is adorable. The tone is a little boxy, but if you buy a mini guitar and expect it to sound like a $2k+ Martin than that's read more on you. The guitar sounds nice enough to where I want to pick it up and play it and that's all I need. The action was a little high but I'm used to electrics so maybe it's normal for an acoustic guitar. The tuners, surprisingly, work quite well. Now that the strings are stretched the guitar holds tune decently well. All in all, it won't blow your mind or anything but it's a fun little instrument to noodle around on or take to the beach. It was definitely worth what I paid for it.As usual, outstanding service from Sweetwater and my rep Jed Elliott. I've come to expect nothing less and that's why when I order guitars online I always buy from Sweetwater (unless they don't carry the one I want, which is rare).

Beautiful

My bf loved it for his birthday! Beautiful matte color and the size is amazing. No more overly large clunky acoustic guitars, plus sweet water has the most amazing customer service I've ever dealt with on my life

Good Little Guitar

Rob

Having played guitar for more than 20 year, I thought it was time to pass on what I have learned to my daughter. She is 7, and has begged me to start teaching her to play, but has struggled with a full scale acoustic guitar, so I purchased this 3/4 scale guitar to better fit her much smaller frame. (It didn't hurt that it is also her favorite color!) Sweetwater customer service read more was excellent. After unboxing it and tuning, I found this to be a good little guitar for the money. Does it sound like a $1000.00 guitar....no. It sounds a bit thin, but for the price and the size, I didn't expect a full robust sound. As far a playability, this thing is as good as any guitar in its price range. It comes with a bag, not a great bag, just a bag. If you want a guitar to take camping, have fun around the house, or to let a little one use as they begin their guitar journey, look no further. This thing is great for the price. If you are looking for something more professional, this isn't for you.

Just what I needed
