I bought this guitar for my 9-year old, and specifically was looking for 3/4 guitars as she was coming up from a ukulele and I didn't want her overwhelmed by the size increase! This guitar is beautiful to look at and feels very solid and well made. She picked the black and I think it looks amazing. Honestly if you are an adult looking for a beginner guitar, I would even pick… read more the 3/4 size as well. I'm 6' 2" and it fits me well and easy to reach the frets. The guitar has a nice, deep sound despite it's size and price point. Delivery was amazingly fast, we were so surprised. The case is just simple of course, and we will either upgrade to a padded soft case as she likes to carry it on her back OR buy foam to build some padding in it. You can't go wrong with this choice.
