So the reverb did not work when I got it. I changed all the tubes, and this and that, but it needed repair. A month later (or so), I got it back. It does sound fantastic now. I need to have a good power conditioner voltage leveler on it. Without it, the mains in my house cause a "crackle" in the reverb. It is a great sounding amp. It takes pedals in front and through the loop… read more very well. I got the cocoa, and it looks great. I will probably never take it out of the studio because it's lovely, and also, I don't entirely trust it yet. Maybe after a few years, I will take it out. I have other amps that I don't like as well, but I trust more. I did receive excellent service from the tech folks at Sweetwater. The real test of customer service is when things go wrong. Madi was knowledgeable while we tried to diagnose the original issue. Patrick Dennis has been my sales guy for 15 years. It's uncanny how they paired me with an engineer with comparable life experience.
