The product was just as I wanted, my other floyd rose broke. But I want to focus on the customer service, first off they reached out to me through voice mail, and were very awesome. They also gave me some candy as thanks for ordering, which was unneeded but it certainly left a good impression on me. Will definitely buy from these guys again, truly an amazing company.
