I had wanted this guitar for many years, when it arrived it was flaulous. Right out of the box it was set up and played perfectly. This guitar is so light, the finish is perfect, and the sound is so rich. The coustumer service from Sweetwater was superior. Thank you for a superb purchase.

My Favorite Guitar

Bought this little thing on a whim, just wanting to try out the Broad-Trons after hearing countless players rip through them. Flash forward 3 years, and it's my main guitar and perhaps one of my best purchases made. There's a common misconception that Gretsch guitars are only good for rockabilly/country. This is stupid. Go buy any one of these guitars. NOW. You will thank me.

Remarkable Guitar

Out of the box, beautiful, easy to play and sounds amazing. I couldn't be happier with this decision. The bonus is the ease of this transaction and the assistance provided by Cory from Sweetwater. The customer service is over the top!

This Guitar was purchased for me by my wife. It came set up with strings, and after tuning up, it was ready to play. We haven't even had to adjust the neck or the intonation. Produces smooth, almost creamy tone from all 3 toggle settings. Smart, convenient design. Playability on the neck is perfect, and the reaching the all fret notes where the neck joins the body is no problem. read more Easy chording all along the fretboard. We decided to order Sweetwaters recommended String set for this guitar. The company recommended a set of 10 gauge strings. I absolutely recommend this Gretsch.

I'd been playing my Eastwood Airline Coronado DLX for 8 years. I tried for years to find something that played as nice. Gibsons, Fenders, you name it. I had over the past 6 years bought a Gretsch boxcar and Jim dandy acoustics and loved them. I decided to give this Streamliner a try and I have NEVER played something this perfect before. This guitar has the perfect balance of refinement read more and edge. It's clean sustain sounds blended with a raw inner monster makes this guitar incredibly versital. Rock, blues, country, literally everything sounds better played through it
