Asweet, full jumbo. The best!
A fantastic guitar!! I got this to replace in 1967 Gibson Dove that finally bit the dust (raised bridge). I wanted a different sound this time—and I got it! Guilds have a very sweet, very balanced sound. Less dry and shiny than a Gibson, but more smooth and bright. The woods are spectacular, very beautiful. The hardware is top-notch. The neck is wonderfully playable, and the sound is gorgeous: the bass has that deep jumbo sound, the middles are strong, the highs are cutting but still sweet. Forget the J200—this Guild, as of days of old—is the best jumbo again.
Superb in all ways
Everything about this instrument is top notch. The attention to detail is awesome. The looks and sound are unbelievable. Plays great. Sounds like a jumbo should sound. What else need I say?

The F50 is not loud in a way that offends but it projects the warm, clear sound of the guitar whereas the Gibson Jumbo does not. The Gibson has more bling, but less WOW! Made in the USA,, the quality of the guitar woods… read more and the fit and finish was noticeably better than the Gibson as well. I own a Martin D18 as I think it is the best dreadnaught made and I believe there is no better jumbo you can buy than the Guild F50.
