Perfect Solution!
I have been long searching for the ideal pedal to work with several songs our our gig set-lists. One set opens with Robert Palmer's Bad Case of Lovin' you and I have never been satisfied with the textures of the many pedals I've tried to match up to the songs riffs and solo. But, with THIS pedal I have finally got the riffs and solo sound down perfectly!! It's also a very convenient… read more size for the 'board. Very nice job EHX.
A Permanent Pedal on My Board
I'm so glad I went with this pedal! Immediately I fell in love with the 6th down feature in the minor scale and then the 3rd and 5th and, now, I can't stop using the Polyphonic setting with the perfect 5th and Oct up (used in a split stereo with a Synth9 using the bass synth and the dry signals going to the B9- brings the organ sounds even more to life!). I don't understand the… read more reasoning behind EH's choice with the 2nd- when could that ever sound good?! Now, I've seen folks poopoo the tracking but it's simply because they're intonation is fluctuating on, usually high, strings, thus, the Intelligent pedal is confused at pinpointing the notes that are briefly out-of-tune. Zero regrets!! It will always have the first spot on my pedal chain.
Even better than the pitchfork and pog
Disregard the negative reviews, this pedal seriously slaps. If your in the market for a polyphonic octaver or pitch shifter, look no further. Super easy to use, flawless tracking and great interval options. So you don't know much music theory? Not a problem, turn the poly override on and this pedal acts just like the pog or pitchfork. I've owned Boss and TC Electronics polyphonic… read more pedals and EHX just does this effect a little bit better. Great price point and small footprint are also a plus. Highly recommend!
Another great one by Electro-Harmonix!
Do-it-yourself double leads with the press of a button! A very fun pedal to play with! Also features triads for those Queen songs!
Good one!
Never like electro harmonix cuz this pedals looks cheap and the sounds are really basics, anyway even with that this one achieve its purpose, as a detuna or digital capo without any lag, delay or digital sound like the pitch fork, found it very versatile and you can get many tunnings even half steps just like the drop from digitech , plus the advantage of being and harmonizer, you… read more had to dial and play with the knobs to get the sound that you're looking for once you know how to do it it's really easy , I think the bad reviews are from people lazy to dial and spend time playing with the pedal or maybe they're are used to use easy dial pedals , don't know anyway for me works really fine. The cons beside the cheap knobs it's the price 250 for me it's a little bit overpriced but anyway I buy it for my quick use pedalboard. As always Aaron Tremain best sales engineer
