Smooth As Butta
The Good: Played a lot basses in my 40 yrs of playing, heard a lot about Laklands but the shape of Fender Jazz bass body ( my bias ) eyes kept me away from the Lakland shape basses. I repent for being narrow minded, the smooth effortless butta playing neck allows me to play effortlessly. The tones from vintage jazz, music man etc.., are all available. This is an all around the way… read more bass. But wait ,this is just the low level bass.The barts are fine in my book, when I couple it with my Eden WTDI pedal why change the pickups. The so called noise with the pre-amp pedal is minuscule and I'm picky. The Bad: Came with a bad, bad shaky volume pot. Sweetwater support has given me a satisfied resolution. The Ugly : My previous attitude towards Lakland
