Different guitars and different ears like different sounds. DR has been my go to string for decades. My last guitar loved their stainless strings. I bought a new Ibanez 5 from Sweetwater last year and the combination of that guitar and these strings is simply amazing. I play variety, everything except hard metal or hip hop and these strings can cover everything from smooth country… read more to pop and slap funk to crisp blues, jazz and regular rock. These are my one and only for my Ibanez.
