OMG Sweetest Amp I have

Just can’t believe how Great this Amp is, low, high, med, whatever you play it at it sounds Great. I’ve played many different amps, tube, modelers vintage even Kemper and this one blows them all away. It’s like anything else you get what you pay for and though pricey it is well worth it. And as always Sweetwater and Nick always make shopping a pleasure.

Best amp I've owned

Everyone, myself included, is consistently blown away by this amp. As I've brought it into the studio I've only learned more and more about the flexibility of the amplifier. The EQ and push/pull bright switch can really make dramatic changes in sound and have been very useful in dialing in tones in the studio. Throw some compression, a boost/buffer, and dirt pedal into the mix read more and you could literally find any dirt/clean sound needed for any group. The reverb is a nice touch. Wasn't sure I wanted to shell out for the extra feature as I normally run some type of reverb pedal on my board anyway, but it is nice to have for a variety of applications. Sounds bouncy and full at any setting, but more classic and not as shoegazey as I'd like it when dimed. Would be possible to use this as the only amp across entire records and will probably do so in the future. Still haven't tried swapping for different tubes and would be very curious to hear the tonal changes that are possible! It's expensive, but it's worth it. I've owned amps from many of the big name companies and while I love me a Deluxe Reverb, this thing puts them all to shame. There are a lot of great boutique companies so you will have to compare for yourself but I really can't shut up about this amp when I'm talking to people at gigs.

This amp is amazing. I've played a few tube amps from fender, to mesa, and this is the best clean tone I've ever had!It takes pedals like a champ and has simplified my pedal boardbecause it doesn't have an effects loop, nor does it need one.I love that this amp can take any tubes, and will bias itself. Currently I am runs 5881's in it and it kills. All in all, this amp is amazing, read more it is a little pricey for me but worth every penny. If this amp ever broke or something happened to itI would buy it again and again.

I'll never need another amp.

This amp is by far the most beautiful sounding amp I ever heard in person. I had one special ordered in driftwood with an effects loop through Sweetwater. As soon as I played it, it blew me away. The funny thing is I thought I needed an effects loop but I didn't. It takes just about any pedal you want through the front with no problem, and the thing is the amp sounds so good by read more itself that I can't bring myself to even use pedals with it anymore anyway. The effects loop is passive so I don't have to worry about it affecting the tone of the amp when the loop is not in use. It sounds good loud and even at low volumes. You can make this amp growl at low levels, you can make it sparkly clean at high levels and vice versa. It is plenty loud enough for any venue and low enough too. I can go from plexi to deluxe reverb, and everything else in between. Every E.Q. setting I can think of sounds amazing. I even tried to get a bad sound out of this amp and it is impossible. I swear, if this amp was a girl, I would marry it. I wouldn't even make her sign a prenuptial agreement. In other words, I like it.

I have owned so many amplifiers, Fender, Marshall, Peavey, Mesa Boogie, and most recently a Bad Cat Cub 3. This amp covers so much ground sonically from bassman type sounds through vox. While it can do bluesy grit real well do not expect full on metal or even heavy classic rock without some kind of pedal. Low or high volume the amplifier retains its tone, and its clean sound read more is by far the best I have ever heard. It blows everything the bad cat can do away. That should be enough to convince you but it also takes every pedal I have extremely well. Joe Morgan you are my hero. This will be the last amplifier I ever buy!
