LOVE this amp. Very open sounding and the ability go blend tube characteristics, bright & high-gain or classic voivings make it such a versatile amp. I've owned countless amps, from Bogner Shivas & Helios 100's, to boutique Plexis, and this one delivers the goods. It's seriously a GREAT amp and for the price...theres nothing better out there

Listen carefully to Sweetwater's Mitch Gallagher's demo...Notice it has a "3D" quality. Then listen to his Tweaker demo...Rebel wins easily ..I've listened to the Rebel next to the Orange "Tiny Terror".... the Rebel 20 wins easily....Bottom line...In 40 years of owning 20+ amps, The Rebel 20 is a winner...I don't need an overdrive channel or reverb that the higher model Rebels offer… read more as I already have effects pedals I like...By the way, this thing is freaking loud! :)...I bought my Rebel from Sweetwater as Jeffry Green has provided great service in the past...If this amp needs service, I know he'll take care of me.

I bought this for use in my studio. I have been purchasing low wattage tube amps, Vox AC 4, Orange Tiny Terror, and now the Egnater. This amp will produce any guitar amp sound you have ever heard and a bunch you have never heard. tube blend and wattage control are so interactive that just a small cut or boost in wattage can make a huge tone change. And it gets Loud. Im running… read more it into a Marshall 2x12" 1936 Lead cabinet. Don't hesitate on this purchase, you will love it.
