The Best Recto Yet. Period !
I've been playing tune amps since 1980, I've owned every Rectifier except for the Road King. The Badlander has more punch and clarity by far. Once you have spent some with it you'll realize the same. I assure you. You won't need that old Tube Screamer anymore. Channel 1 in Crush with the gain at 9 will just get you addicted and you won't be able to stop until your hand cramps up.… read more Channel 2 gets that Modern mode thing, but way better gain/tone and tightness. Sounds great with the Duncan Distortion, Slash signature, Custom 5 and the ESP LH-150. The LH-150 will take you to Metallica territory. The EMG H4 sounds very tight and less compressed than the LH... Anyway, the Badlander is the best yet.
